 Registration begins January 11, 2021 for all returning students.
Registration begins for all New Families begins January 20, 2021.

2021-2022 Registration Forms

Priority for available spaces is as follows:
1st – St. Dominic Registered Parishioners
2nd – Catholic families/children from parishes without a school
3rd – Catholic families/children from other parishes
4th – Non-Catholic students

Age Requirements:
Preschool – child must be two on or before September 10th
Kindergarten – child must be five on or before September 10th
1st Grade – child must be six on or before September 10th

Documents needed to register NEW STUDENTS:
Certified, original birth certificate (souvenir certificates are not acceptable)
Baptismal certificate, if Catholic
Academic records (most recent report card, testing information (if applicable)
State of Alabama Immunization Certificate (Blue Card)
Copies of divorce decrees and/or custody judgments issued by the courts (if applicable)

1) Registration form completed and returned
2) Auto Draft Enrollment Form and Voided Check
3) All financial obligations have been met
4) Birth (Preschool, Kindergarten & 1st graders), and baptismal certificates received
5) Academic records evaluated (copy of most recent report card)
6) Interview with principal, if deemed necessary
7) Written acceptance

Tuition Assistance

For returning families of students in grades K-8 who are parishioners of St. Dominic Catholic Church, tuition extensions and financial aid may be granted in special circumstances.  Applications for tuition review for the following year will be available through the FACTS link on the SDCS website from January through March.  Request for financial aid will only be considered if all forms and applicable tax documents are filed by the deadlines established.  All information provided by applicants remains confidential.
