I am a native Mobilian and a proud alumnus of the Catholic school system here in the Archdiocese of Mobile. I received my BS degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Alabama in 1988. I returned to my alma mater and taught the 4th grade at Holy Family Catholic School from 1988-1993. My husband Tim is an architect and we have been married for 22 years. I happily spent 18 years as a stay-at-home Mom raising our 5 sons. We currently have one son in graduate school, 2 in college, and two attend McGill-Toolen Catholic High School. I have been teaching the 5th grade at SDCS for 4 years and enjoy teaching Religion, Reading,Grammar, Math, and Science. It is truly an honor to teach about our faith in the classroom. My family and I have been members of the parish for 20 years and look forward to many more.
